The staff was very helpful. They provided information about local attractions. breakfast offered a variety of options. the room was well-designed. during checkout, i received a discounted taxi ride to the airport, cheaper than a grab ride. i found this very convenient. overall, the service was really nice.

the room lacked a full-length mirror, i would have liked to have one.

I found the location very accessible. Everything was close by. the staff were very friendly and helpful too! mey, the receptionist, helped me check in and out. she gave some excellent recommendations on where to find local food.

mixed feelings about the stay

dusty items joined beds

the staff were friendly, i must admit. they did respond fast if i need something before my stay.

the room i booked not match the photos. the items on the table were very dusty, and the room feels not occupied frequently. i had requested a king bed, but the room came with two twin beds joined together, its unable to sleep comfortably.

insufficient illumination limited breakfast options

I found the room's illumination and the bathroom lighting insufficient. The hotel sits right on a noisy street, and I didn't sleep well one night because of loud music from outside. The bed vibrated from the bass. Breakfast options were also limited, with little sweet variety besides bread, butter, jam, and some fruit.

old bread poor soundproofing

the staff was very nice and cute to us.

The breakfast was not good. The bread tasted old, and nothing seemed fresh. the photos of the hotel look better than the actual rooms. the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear noises from a nearby club until very late at night.
